History

Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 300g chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oil
For the Rolls
- 4 large tortillas or paratha
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Season Chicken
Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Cook Chicken
Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
Sauté Vegetables
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add Sauce
Add soy sauce and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Cool Chicken
Let chicken mixture cool slightly before assembling rolls.
Warm Tortillas
Warm tortillas in dry pan until soft and pliable.
Spread Sauce
Spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on each tortilla.
Assemble Rolls
Add lettuce, chicken mixture, cheese, and tomato slices.
Roll Tightly
Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top.
Serve
Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
